Foie gras is made from the fattened liver of waterfowl, achieved through force-feeding. The birds are restrained, a funnel is used to shove food down their throats, and their mouths are sometimes wired shut to prevent them from vomiting. To highlight the cruelty of this practice, I imagined it being done to man’s best friend—our dogs—to make the inhumanity undeniable.
As Proverbs 26:11 says, "As a dog returns to its vomit, so fools repeat their folly."
